About the Brahminy Blind Snake

A tiny, worm-like snake often mistaken for an earthworm. It has spread around the world in the soil of potted plants, earning the name flowerpot snake. All known individuals are female, and they reproduce without males by parthenogenesis, so a single snake can found a new population. Its eyes are covered by scales and can only sense light. Harmless to people.
