About the Green Anaconda
The heaviest snake in the world at up to 250 kg. Females are much larger than males. Their eyes and nostrils are on top of their head, allowing them to see and breathe while submerged. Can hold breath for 10 minutes. Give birth to live young — up to 40 at once. Their jaw is connected by elastic ligaments allowing them to swallow prey wider than their head.
