About the Mulga Snake (King Brown)
Not actually a brown snake — they are a member of the black snake genus. The second longest venomous snake in Australia. Deliver the largest volume of venom per bite of any Australian snake. When threatened, they flatten their neck and hold their body in steep S-curves. Known to cannibalize other snakes. Their bite requires massive amounts of antivenom.
